What The? What's with the horrible away jumpers that certain teams have to wear? I am referring to the Crusaders and the Hurricanes here. They are both required, I hope they don't choose, to wear alternate strips for their away games. I appreciate some other teams have to wear them but not all the time and that's my point. Only when it clashes with the opposition jumper, which I can understand, are they required to. The worst part is that the Crusaders and Hurricanes have to wear grey. Grey should not be an option, period!Haircuts: Call me old fashioned but if Robbie Fruen was hoping for an All Black call up his latest haircut is not doing him any favours. Whatever happened to short, back and...never mind. Coloured boots, tattoos, dredlocks etc are fast becoming the norm but mowhawks?
Carlos Spencer: He was renowned for his wizardry but his dummy spit on the weekend was not cool. Spencer was penalised for deliberately tripping a player and was rightfully yellow carded. He then proceeded to abuse and swear at the touch judge, sorry referee's assistant, that sighted him. Take it on the chin ole' boy.
